SHIPPING POLICY

1. UK Shipping

1.1. Depending on the product bought via our website will determine the amount of delivery cost to be paid. All our online purchases are delivered UK Mainland only and will be shipped as quickly as possible.

2. Worldwide Shipping

2.1. Our doors are purchased from customers all over the world. All Doors outside the UK Mainland will have to be quoted and delivery costs to be provided.
We aim to dispatch your bespoke order door as quickly as possible and send shipping/tracking to the email provided at time of purchase.

All our prices exclude VAT & Import charges. This means you have not paid any local government funds on your purchase, and you should expect to pay your local VAT/Customs % as you are importing from outside of your home country.

2.2 How does this work?

The courier liaises with your local import & customs, they will calculate VAT & Customs that you will be required to pay and may ask for a copy your purchase invoice.

The courier may call or email you a link to make payment for payment. Depending on your country we will use various carrier companies (Fedex, DPD, DHL) we use FedEx shipping directly from our factory in Hong Kong, No Import fees & VAT are paid for UK customers only as this is covered at the time of purchase
